The name “Le chat au café,” which means “the cat in the cafe,” comes from French, and reflects the members’ love of both cats and coffee, and the desire to create songs with the same relaxed and lovely vibe of a cat in a cafe.

[Music Style]
The majority of songs are made with ukulele and written about personal experiences and feelings. In particular, the songs are about places that are personally meaningful and share good memories and feelings had there. The albums that most clearly fulfill this purpose are those in the “travelogue” series, wherein memorable snapshots of youth can be found and, hopefully, are enjoyable to listen to.

에단 르샤 – 르샤 오 카페 노래 대부분을 작사, 작곡, 녹음합니다.
하나 르샤 – 르샤 오 카페 라이브 영상 및 M/V, 사진 촬영을 담당합니다. 한국어 홍보글 작성과 번역 전담하며 가끔 작사 및 멜로디 작곡 등에 참여하기도 합니다.
[음악적 특성]
우쿨렐레를 기반으로 한 곡들이 주를 이루고 있으며 주로 개인적인 경험에 기반한 노래를 만듭니다. 특히 개인적으로 의미있는 장소에 대한 노래를 자주 만들고 부르며 그 곳에서 갖게된 좋은 추억과 느낀 감정 및 에너지를 노래로 되새기고 함께 감상을 나누고자 합니다. 이러한 목적성을 가장 뚜렷하게 담고 있는 앨범들이 바로 “여행 앨범” 시리즈 (제주, 베트남, 삿포로 등) 입니다. 청춘의 기억이 오롯이 담겨있는 제 앨범들을 즐겁게 감상해주시길 바랍니다.
